- Selon votre pays de destination, la possession d'un certificat de vaccination peut être obligatoire ou vous permettre de réduire une période de quarantaine obligatoire.
- Au Japon, ce certificat est fourni par votre mairie et vous devez en faire la demande. Néanmoins, la plupart des démarches ne peuvent être effectuées qu'en japonais.
- Pour ceux qui sont dans l'urgence et qui ne peuvent pas attendre de recevoir le passeport vaccinal japonais, certaines cliniques privées peuvent fournir une preuve de vaccination qui peut être utilisée lors d'un voyage à l'étranger.
LE CERTIFICAT OFFICIEL
Le gouvernement japonais a commencé à fournir des passeports de vaccination COVID-19 depuis la mi-2021. Ils sont actuellement réservés aux voyages internationaux et sont reconnus par plus de 40 pays. Le certificat comprend vos informations personnelles et les informations relatives à la vaccination.

Proof of Vaccination
Le certificat de vaccination délivré par notre clinique partenaire contient les mêmes informations que celui délivré par les autorités publiques japonaises et atteste que vous avez été vacciné contre le COVID-19 au Japon. Dans la plupart des pays énumérés ci-dessus, un certificat de vaccination délivré par une clinique privée est accepté. L'émission du certificat ne prend qu'un jour, il est donc recommandé aux personnes pressées.
Il s'agit d'un certificat de vaccination pour les voyages internationaux délivré par notre clinique partenaire. Dans de nombreux pays, vous pouvez l'utiliser car il est délivré par une institution médicale officielle.
