Nous coordonnerons la réservation avec la clinique et vous enverrons un email de confirmation.
Étape 3 | Paiement

Veuillez procéder au paiement (carte de crédit / espèces).
Nous coordonnerons la réservation directement avec la clinique.
Vous recevrez alors un e-mail de confirmation avec la date et l'heure dans les 24 heures.
Étape 4 | Remplissez le questionnaire

Une fois le paiement effectué, un email contenant l'URL du questionnaire sera envoyé. Assurez-vous de le remplir.

Étape 5 | Avant le rendez-vous

Pour le test salivaire ou nasopharyngé, il est strictement interdit de manger, de boire, d'utiliser du dentifrice ou du chewing-gum au minimum 15 minutes avant.
Étape 6 | Au moment de la visite

Veuillez nous rendre visite au moins 5 minutes avant l'heure du rendez-vous.
L'examen dure environ 10 minutes.

Étape 7 | Résultats de l'examen

Si négatif, vous recevrez un certificat négatif à la clinique le lendemain entre 17h00 et 19h00.

Le flux du test PCR

1. Réception
Donnez-nous votre passeport (si vous avez votre carte d'assurance maladie, merci de nous la remettre également).
Nous en ferons une copie et vous la rendrons.

2. Vérifiez votre température
Veuillez prendre votre température avec le thermomètre.

3. Attente
Veuillez vous asseoir jusqu'à ce que l'infirmière vous appelle.
La réceptionniste donne les explications pour le test PCR. Veuillez les lire et les suivre attentivement.
Lorsque l'infirmière vous appelle, veuillez entrer dans la salle.

4-A. Test PCR (test sur écouvillon nasopharyngé)
L'infirmière effectuera le test PCR en insérant l'écouvillon dans la narine.
Lorsque l'écouvillon atteint une profondeur égale à la distance entre les narines et l'ouverture externe de l'oreille, l'infirmière fait tournoyer quelques secondes pour prélever l'échantillon.
Vous pourriez vous sentir mal à l'aise ou ressentir une légère douleur en ce moment, mais veillez à ne pas bouger avant la fin.

4-B. Test PCR (test salivaire)
Le test salivaire est un test PCR effectué en collectant votre salive.
Veuillez confirmer que vous n'avez pas mangé, gargarisé, utilisé du dentifrice ou du chewing-gum au cours des 15 dernières minutes.
Lorsque vous êtes prêt, veuillez déposer jusqu'à 2 ml de salive dans le récipient de prélèvement fourni.

5. Fin du test PCR
Si votre passeport ou votre carte d'assurance vous a été retourné, vous pouvez partir dès que l'examen est terminé.
Si vous n'avez pas récupéré votre passeport ou votre carte d'assurance, veuillez vous adresser à la réception.

6. Résultat du test PCR
Les résultats du test PCR seront disponibles le lendemain vers 15h00.
Si vous ne recevez pas d'appel de notre part vers 13h00, vous êtes négatif. Nous aurons donc un certificat négatif prêt pour vous entre 17h00. et 19h00

The examination takes 10 minutes
1. Keep saliva in your mouth for about 2 minutes.
2. Gently spit out, as if dropped into a sterile container.
3. The collection amount is about 2 ml. If it cannot be collected on the first try, the process will be repeated.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Are the PCR Test and Antibody Test covered by insurance?
- Examinations to receive a negative certificate for travel, business travel, daily activities, etc. are not covered by insurance.
- How do I receive the test results?
- Please come back to the clinic in order to receive your certificate. You do not need to make a reservation.
- Is the PCR test negative certificate written in English?
- Depending on your needs, the negative certificate can be written in Japanese or English.
- How long does the PCR test take?
- The entire process will take about 10 minutes (temperature measurement, inquiry sheet, sample collection). Please do not eat or drink (including gargling) from 15 minutes before the inspection. You can receive the test results from 17:00 on the next day.
- If I took the test on Friday, can I get the result and the certification on Saturday?
- Yes, you can. However, please ask us in advance in that case. We need to ask the clinic to open only for giving you the certification.

For passengers that are permitted to enter China:
A negative certificate, issued from a test coducted up to 48 hours before departure, is required for entering the country.
A 14 days quarantine, either at a centralised government hotel (with costs covered by the traveller) or your home, is mandatory.
International Restrictions: You will need a valid visa to enter China. Chinese Visa Application Centres have re-opened. From 28 September 2020, holders of valid residence permits attached to work, personal matters and reunion can re-enter China. Holders of expired residence permits can apply for a new one.

A negative certificate, issued from 3 to 7 days before entry, is required but subject to special
conditions. The test type and method us RT-PCR (nasopharyngeal swab)
A 14 days quarantine is mandatory.
Passengers are not permitted to enter Vietnam. This does not apply to:
- Nationals of Vietnam,
- Passengers traveling for official or business purposes; investors, technical experts, skilled
workers, business managers, government officials, and passengers with approval from the National
Steering Committee on Prevention and Control of COVID-19, provided they have a medical
certificate issued by authorities proving that they are free of novel coronavirus.

➁ The certificate must include the traveler's name, age (date of birth), gender, nationality,
passport number, address in Japan, address in Vietnam, medical institution name, sample
inoculation date, test date, test method (PCR ), examination result and the expected date of

④ From 18 September to board a flight, passengers must hold a certificate showing they have
tested negative for the coronavirus no more than five days before the departure date. Upon
